How do you get Ringtones on Samsung Seek?

I have the Samsung Seek from Sprint, and I don’t have internet on it. I heard ventones doesn’t work for the seek. Can someone please give me details on a Micro SD for my phone? Also, If you buy a Ring Tone from the sprint store on the computer, how do you transfer the ring tone from your computer to your phone?
