Does ANYONE know of a Free Ringtone Maker, to which I can upload mp3′s and receive an unmarked clip?

Title mostly says it all. I’ve been searching around, and none of the files I’ve downloaded can give me a free, unmarked ringtone that can download TO MY PC. It’s incredibly frustrating. Can anyone help me? Please and thanks!
