and it doesn’t matter if you don’t have it,
you can use a youtube video to make it.
if you don’t have internet, its ok, cricket they will send it as a picture message, make sure your phone has a camera,
and is able to receive pic messages., if its not configured right, you need to call cricket and have pic messaging activated first. if you don’t have a camera phone, you’re out of luck
